A lot of people have been stung by overuse charges.
But Telstra identified the problem, outed itself to ACMA and has set about rectifying the problem i.e. refunded/ing those affected.
It should be impossible to be stung with overuse charges these days as all plans should be, at worst, throttled when the limit is reached.
